Be careful. For, when people cannot control you, they would try to control the way people see or talk about you.
That's exactly why it said, don't worry about reputation, focus on your character. Besides, remember he/she who knows you for who you are doesn't need an explanation, and he/she who doesn't know you doesn't even care for an explanation. Whatever you do, be unapologetically YOU. :)
